MASEM
As a group research project, we researched our primary objective, which was to elevate UTampa's MASEM program's professional partnerships in Tampa Bay.
Project Description: The University of Tampa’s Master of Arts in Social and Emerging Media (MASEM) program faces a significant challenge: low awareness among the local professional community. This lack of visibility hinders the program’s ability to attract students and establish meaningful industry connections. This project aims to solve this problem.
Scope: This project included an Executive Summary, Research Conceptualization, Secondary Audience Research, Secondary Research, Research Methodology, Quantitative Research, Qualitative Research, Recommendations, Deliverables, a Discussion & Conclusion, a Promotion, References, and Credits.
Approach: Assess current awareness levels of the MASEM program among professionals, identify effective communication strategies to increase program visibility, and explore opportunities for building partnerships between the program and local businesses.
Outcome: The insights from our research directly address the lack of awareness about the MASEM program. By implementing strategies like targeted outreach, alumni storytelling, and business partnerships, the program can build a stronger presence within the professional community.
